Nearly 40 years ago, successful entrepreneur Mike Hudson saw a need and built a business based on quality water pump rebuilds, fast turnaround, and zero shortcuts. Today, his sons John and Dwayne run the shop with that same no-nonsense approach: decades of hands-on experience, expert precision, and a commitment to doing every gas or diesel water pump rebuild right the first time.

Runs the day-to-day like a well-oiled machine. Machines, assembles, trouble-shoots—always with precision and zero shortcuts. Off the clock? He’s either wrenching on his ‘04 4Runner, elbow-deep in a home project, or tinkering in the workshop—and definitely the guy you call when you want it done right the first time.
Dwayne Hudson
Co-Owner / Rebuilder
You’ll find Dwayne in the back—sleeves rolled up, head down, getting it done. He’s the guy who makes the hard jobs look easy and keeps the machines moving. Whether he’s rebuilding a water pump by day or working in his woodshop at night, he’s all about the details. Tiger spends all day, every day with Dwayne, helping manage the shop and keeping a watchful eye on everyone coming and going.

Tiger is the OG. The legend. The dog that saw the shop through three recessions, hurricanes, and that one time someone tried to install a seal upside-down. Loyal, chill, and grumpily lovable, Tiger’s been part of this operation longer than some of our parts suppliers. He’s earned his nap spots, and yes, he’s absolutely on a first-name basis with the UPS guy.
Benji
Tail-End Support / Remote Operations
Benji is the fresh new face of the team. Equal parts fluff and personality, he’s not quite shop-floor ready, but he’s got charm for days. Benji is the face of the future: a marketing machine powered by treats, naps, and pure unfiltered enthusiasm.
Currently training under Tiger (with mixed results), Benji works off-site but makes occasional visits to check morale, accept compliments, and remind us all not to take life so seriously.
